Broadband internet connections have made it possible to do so much more on the computer for individuals and businesses alike. It is slowing replacing dial-up and DSL as the connection of choice. No longer are people waiting for there downloads or uploading pictures take all day. With broadband connections the quicker downloads and uploads mean you have more free time to do what you want and less time spent at the computer. For businesses it means you can look for new business worry less on how slow your connection is. Faster connection’s means more getting done at your business thus you can take on more business and the company will be able to turn a profit a lot more quickly. So when some asks you what is broadband you will have an answer. Broadband is here to stay and looks to be the way most of us will connect for a longtime to come. Prices on broadband have come down a lot and I look for that to continue for a longtime to come. Schools and students love broadband because they can get more done in less time, while businesses love it just as much. I don’t see anything that is real negative about broadband so it looks like it could be in our future for a very long time which there is nothing wrong with that if you ask me, I always love a faster connection than dial-up anyways.
